Dispute resolution

Legislation and jurisdiction
To the extent permitted by law, this Agreement must be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
General
The derogation from a provision of the Contract should not be considered as a derogation from any other provision or from the law of Miellerie St-Patrice inc. to demand strict compliance with each of the conditions herein. If a provision of the Contract is deemed unenforceable or invalid for any reason, this provision may be severed and all other provisions will remain in force. This Contract constitutes the indivisible contract between Miellerie St-Patrice inc. and you regarding your use of the site.
Miellerie St-Patrice may assign its rights and obligations under this Contract. The Contract will be applied for the benefit of successors, assigns and authorized persons of Miellerie St-Patrice inc.
Termination
These conditions are in effect until terminated by you or by Miellerie St-Patrice inc. Miellerie St-Patrice inc. may also terminate this Agreement at any time without notice and, therefore, deny you access to the Site if, in our sole opinion, you do not comply with the conditions or provisions of the Agreement. The obligations and responsibilities of the parties entered into before the expiration date survive the termination of this Agreement for all practical purposes.
